HOW DO I OPEN MY ACCOUNT?
To open your account visit www.payglobal.me website click SIGN UP and follow the instructions. Please remember to use your individual data such as your email, first and last name. Do not use your company data or your company email at this stage, even if you intend to open a business account.
HOW DO I OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT?
You can open your business account after opening an individual account and due diligence is completed. To verify your individual account please upload necessary documents.
HOW DO I VERIFY MY ACCOUNT?
To verify your account please upload:
- Proof of Identity (Government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s license, National ID Card or Passport)
- Proof of Address (not older than 3 months document such as a bank statement, credit card or utility bill)
- Selfie with your Proof of Identity
HOW LONG DOES VERIFICATION TAKE?
After all the documents are uploaded correctly the process of the individual verification usually takes 24-48 hours. After positive verification, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your account approval.
DO I HAVE TO VERIFY EVERY TIME I ADD A NEW SERVICE OR IS ONE VERIFICATION ENOUGH?
PayGlobal uses different service providers such as Mastercard and UnionPay, in some cases, the service provider may require an additional level of verification to be processed.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE VERIFICATION EMAIL?
If you did not receive confirmation of your positive verification please review your spam folder.
In case you still cannot find your confirmation email and you have checked that all uploaded documents were correctly uploaded please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW TO DEPOSIT FUNDS ON MY ACCOUNT?
After your positive verification, you can deposit funds using the ‘Digital Assets’ option or sending a wire transfer. Check back as we are adding new options frequently.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES UNTIL MY FUNDS ARE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Digital asset deposits are made instantly. Deposit using bank transfers may take up to 2-3 working days depends on the country of the sender.
CAN I ORDER CARD?
After your positive verification and your first deposit, you can order a prepaid card.
You can choose a Mastercard or a UnionPay card.
Please make sure you have funds in your account as you will need to purchase a debit card.
IF I PAY FOR A CARD, DOES THIS MONEY STAY ON MY CARD?
The payment for the card is paid for operational costs such as producing the card, card shipping and it will be charged from your individual account.
HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET THE CARD?
International shipment is done using courier services and it might take up to 5-8 working days depends on the country of the receiver. National shipments (UK) are done with first call mail and it takes up to 2 working days to receive the card.
CAN I USE MY DEPOSITS WITHOUT THE CARD?
Yes, you can use your funds without the card.
