1.Getting Started #

Welcome to PayGlobal!

This section helps you in guiding how to use the PayGlobal platform.

2.1.Create Individual Account #

Account Sign Up

1. Visit the PayGlobal website.

Go to https://payglobal.me/ and click on the “Sign Up” button which will take you to the “User Registration” form.

You may also click on the “Individual” button to sign up for an individual account.

2. Complete the “User Registration” form.

Fill in all the required details. Read and accept the terms and privacy policy.

Click on the “REGISTER” button.

Once your registration is successful, you can click on the “Go to Login” button to login to your account.

3. You will also receive a verification email on your registered email address.

Open the email and click on the “Verify Me” button to complete the verification process.

4. Login in to your account.

Once your email verification is successful, you can click on the “Go to Login” button to login to your account.

5. Enter your username and password, and click on the “LOGIN” button.

This will take you to your PayGlobal account, wherein you can update your profile and submit your KYC.

Update Your Profile

Clicking on the “User Profile” tab will take you to your Profile page wherein you can verify your phone number, update your address, complete KYC, edit your basic details, edit your registered email id, change your password, and enable Two-factor authentication (2FA).

Edit Profile

1. Click on the “Edit” icon in the “My Profile” section and update the required details.

Note: Your profile should be complete to create a business account.

2. Once edited, click on the “Update” button to save the details, or “Cancel” button to cancel the changes.

Mobile Number Verification

1. Under the “Profile Status” section, click on the “Verify Now” icon to verify your mobile number in order to fully activate your profile.

2. Click on the “Send OTP” button.

3. Enter the six-digit numeric part (OTP) of the matching prefix shown on the screen, and click on the “Verify OTP” button.

On successful verification, the status will get updated to “Phone Verified” with a green tick.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before you can begin using your wallet, you must complete the KYC process.

Update Address

1. Under the “Profile Status” section, click on the “Update Now” icon to update your address.

2. Click on the “Add” icon to add your address.

3. Enter your address, and click on the “Update” button to save, or “Close” button to cancel the changes.

Note: Please make sure the address mentioned here is exactly the same in the address proof document that you submit further.

KYC Verification

1. Under the “Profile Status” section, click on the “Complete Now” icon to upload your KYC documents.

The system will then ask for supporting documents for identity and address verification.

2. Select the document type from the dropdown list.

For “Identity Verification”, you can provide a valid driver’s license, government-issued identity card, or passport.

3. Submit the required document images in JPG or PNG formats, and click on the “Submit” button. Please note that the maximum allowed file size is 10MB.

For the Selfie image, please take a selfie holding the submitted proof of identity document. The face and document image should be clear and readable. The document holding in selfie should be the same document that you submit for identity verification.

When the identity documents are submitted, you will see that they are now “Under Review” for further verification from the Pay Global team.

 

4. For “Address Verification”, you can provide full scanned copy of a bank statement, utility bill, or credit card statement, with the same name and address as registered by you on the platform. And, the submitted document should be less than 3 months old.

5. Submit the required document images in JPG or PNG formats, and click on the “Upload” button. Please note that the maximum allowed file size is 10MB.

When the address documents are submitted, you will see that they are now “Under Review” for further verification from the Pay Global team.

Once your KYC is approved, you can begin using your wallet.

2.2.Individual Account – Due Diligence #

According to our AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policy, we will collect your information. 

The following documents are required to complete your account verification in the next step.

  1. Proof of Identity: Photo ID
  2. Picture of You Holding the Photo ID
  3. Proof of Address

Proof of Identity

The following documents are accepted as proof of identity

  1. Passport
  2. Driving License
  3. Any other government-issued identity card
Requirements:
  1. Your name, nationality, date of birth and date of expiry should be shown clearly in the proof of identity.
  2. For card-type ID, please make sure that the uploaded file contains BOTH SIDES of the ID Card.
  3. The identity document requires valid for more than or equal to 1 YEAR.

Please submit the photo with you holding up the proof of identity along with ‘Today’s Date’ written on a sheet

 Requirements:

  1. The photo ID should be WITHOUT the MIRROR EFFECT
  2. The ID held in the picture should be the same as the proof of identity uploaded above.

Proof of Address

Any of the following documents would be considered a valid proof of address:

  1. Bank statement / Credit card statement (issued within the last 90 days),
  2. Utility bill for utilities(Gas / Water / Electricity) consumed at your residential address (issued within the last 90 days),
  3. Tax return/property tax bill (issued within the last 90 days),
  4. Other reasonable documents (issued within the last 90 days), which will be reviewed carefully and are not guaranteed to be accepted.

Requirements: 

  1. The document should contain the Statement Issuer Name and Issued Date
  2. The document should contain your name and residential address
  3. The document should not be redacted
  4. No partial image
  5. No black and white image
  6. No blurred image

2.3.Create Business Account #

Note: To create business account, an individual account has to be created first. Please refer “Create Individual Account” user guide for that. The email and phone number for business account should be different from individual account. And, the business account will be accessed through individual account credentials. Business Account will not have any separate authentication.

Login to your PayGlobal individual account.

Click on the “Create Business Account” link.

Enter the required details, and click on the “Submit” button.

Note: The email and phone number for business account should be different from individual account. Email verification is there for business account. However, no mobile verification is required for a business account.

When your business account application has been submitted successfully, PayGlobal team shall get in touch with you for next steps.

Once your business account is approved, you can access your Business Wallet by clicking on the “Business Wallet” tab.

 

2.4.Business Account – Due Diligence #

  1. Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Articles and Memorandum of Association (please provide an up to date listing of current directors where they differ from or are not listed in the Articles and Memorandum of Association)

  3. Certificate of Good Standing/Status (existence/authorization)

  4. Companies less than 24 months old: Business Plan

  5. Existing Companies more than 24 months old: the latest set of filed accounts

  6. Shareholder Register and Shareholder Certificates (please provide an up to date copy of the Share Register detailing the % of the shares held by each shareholder)

  7. Company Bank Statement (last 3 months)
  8. Licenses (e.g. Gaming/forex license). If gaming, please provide copies of licenses for the countries you intend to provide payment services to as required by local country legislation

  9. AML Policy (Anti-Money Laundering)
  10. Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo identity card for all directors/ shareholders/ secretaries/ ultimate business owners of the company (For those residents outside the UK, the copy of the document must be certified).
  11. Proof of Address: Proof of residence dated in the last 3 months for all directors/ shareholders/ secretaries/ ultimate business owners of the company (For resident outside the UK, the copy of this document must be certified)

    1. Utility bill (Gas/Electricity/Water)
    2. Bank Statement/Credit Card Statement
  12. If the Ultimate Beneficial Owner is another company, please provide the following:

    1. ONE valid government-issued photo ID for all directors/ shareholders/ ultimate beneficial owners of the company such as (For those residents outside the UK, the copy of the document must be certified)

    2. ONE proof of residence dated in the last 3 months for all directors/ shareholders/ ultimate beneficial owners of the company including (For resident outside the UK, the document must be certified)

  13. If the Ultimate Beneficial Owner is another trust, please provide the following: Deed of Trust confirming Trustees and beneficiaries

  14. For Publicly Traded Companies ONLY
    1. Confirmation of the company’s listing on the regulated market
    2. Subsidiary of a listed company you will require evidence of the parent/subsidiary relationship

2.5.Apply EUR IBAN Account #

Login to your PayGlobal account.

On the “User Wallet” page,click on the “Enable Euro Bank Transfer” feature under the “Deposits” section.

This will take you to the “Create IBAN Account” page, where you can follow a few steps to apply for an IBAN.

To create an IBAN account, provide your address, select ID type, and enter document number of the chosen ID type, and then click on the “Create” button.

A message will be displayed on the screen regarding the fee. Click on the “Confirm” button.

IBAN account registration message will be displayed on the screen.

Once your IBAN is approved, account details will be displayed on the screen.

 

3.Deposit – Using Digital Assets #

Login to your PayGlobal account.

Go to your User Wallet to fund the user account or Business Wallet to fund your business account.

Click on the “Digital Assets” feature under the “Deposits” section.

This will take you to the Funding page, where you can fund your wallet using digital assets.

Enter an amount to add to your wallet, click the desired asset and click on the “Next” button. It will show the approximate amount that needs to be paid.

Click on the “Confirm” button to confirm the transaction. It will create the payment details.

Click on the “Get Payment Details” button, and the invoice details are displayed on the screen.

You can “Copy” the payment address, or generate “QR Code” using the respective links.

Click the payment URL which will open the BitPay payment page. Select any wallet where you have your digital assets.

Complete the invoice payment on BitPay website by scanning the QR code from your selected wallet or by opening the wallet from there

If ‘Open Wallet’ is selected, it will take you to payment confirmation page.

 

Once the payment is completed, you can see the below confirmation page.

Merchant dashboard on the BitPay website will be updated with the invoice details.

Under the “Transaction History” section of the “Deposit – Digital Assets” page, you can view the status of that transaction.

Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the status will be updated to ‘Paid Fully’

NOTE:

  • There is a 15 minute window for the user to complete the payment.
  • If the invoice is partially paid, the amount will be refunded fully back to the wallet.
  • If the invoice is over paid, the extra paid amount will be returned back to the wallet.

4.Withdrawals #

4.1.Withdrawal – Standard Bank Transfer #

Login to your PayGlobal account.

On the ‘User Wallet’ or ‘Business Wallet’ page, click on the “Standard Bank Transfer” feature under the “Withdrawals” section.

This will take you to the “Bank Transfer” page, where you can follow a few steps to initiate a bank transfer request.

Select the recipient bank country from the dropdown list, and click on the “Continue” button.

Select the currency. Enter the recipient name, recipient address, bank name, IBAN, payment reason, and payment reference, and then click on the “Send Payment” button.

Confirm the total amount to be debited from your account by clicking on the “Confirm” button. 

Once the payment gets submitted, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.

Transfer status will appear under the “Transaction History” section.

4.2.Withdrawal – Bank Transfer from IBAN Account #

Login to your PayGlobal account.

On the ‘User Wallet’ or ‘Business Wallet’ page, click on the “Bank Transfer (IBAN)” feature under the “Withdrawals” section. 

This will take you to the “Send From IBAN” page, where you can follow a few steps to initiate a bank transfer (IBAN) request.

To add IBAN Beneficiary, click on the “Add Beneficiary” link. Select recipient bank country, recipient currency and recipient type as either Individual or Company, and click on the “Continue” button.

Enter beneficiary details, and click on the “Add Beneficiary” button.

“Beneficiary Added Successfully” message will be displayed on the screen. 

This will take you back to the “Send From IBAN” page.  Click on the “Eye” action icon to view the IBAN beneficiary details.

This will display the beneficiary details, where there’s also an option to initiate payment by clicking on the “Pay” button.

You may also directly click on the “Pay” action icon showing against the IBAN Beneficiary List to initiate payment.

This will take you to the “Send Payment” page. Enter the amount, select wallet currency, payment type,  payment reference, payment reason and preferred date(optional)

Click on the “Send” button and “Confirm” button on the next page for the final confirmation of the transfer.

Once the payment gets submitted, the message will be displayed on the screen and transfer details will appear under the “Payment History” section.

5.Mastercard Prepaid Card #

5.1.Order a Mastercard(Physical Card) #

Note: Prepaid cards are only to individuals

Login to your PayGlobal account, and click on the “Prepaid Card” feature under the “Prime Features” section

On the Order Prepaid Cards page, choose your card type as “Mastercard”.

If you’ve already ordered a card, you will find the page as below. Click on the “Order Another Card” link.

The details are populated automatically from your profile. Then click on the ”Order” button.

Your card order is placed. And card order status and other information can be viewed on the subsequent page.

After your card order request, the card will be dispatched by the PayGlobal team. Once the card is received, please download the application form from https://payglobal.me/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/MasterCard-Application-form.docx.  The applicant should fill the form, sign, scan or take a photo of the filled application and mail to support@payglobal.me.

Note: Digitally signed forms are not accepted

Your card order application will be submitted for due diligence with the issuer. Once your KYC is verified and approved, the card status will change to “Active”.

5.2.Order a Mastercard(Virtual Card) #

Login to your PayGlobal account, and click on the “Virtual Card” feature under the “Prime Features” section.

On the Virtual Cards page, click on the “Purchase Now” link.

It will take you to the Purchase Card page.

Select Wallet currency, and then click on the “Purchase” button. After purchase, card details are displayed on the screen. Please copy the card details, and click on the card image to download it and keep it secure.

 

 

5.3.Mastercard – KYC Verification Process #

The following documents are required to complete your account verification in the next step.

  1. Proof of Identity: Passport
  2. Picture of you holding the Passport
  3. Proof of Address
  4. Signed Document

Proof of Identity: Passport

Passport is the only valid document.
The identity document requires valid for more than or equal to 1 YEAR.
Your name, nationality, and date of birth should be shown clearly in the proof of identity.

Please submit the selfie with you holding up the proof of identity WITHOUT the MIRROR EFFECT.

The ID held in the picture should be the same as the proof of identity uploaded above.

Proof Of Address

Any of the following documents would be considered a valid proof of address:

  1. Bank statement (issued within the last 60 days),
  2. Utility bill(Electricity/Gas/Water) for utilities consumed at your residential address (issued within the last 60 days),
  3. Tax return/property tax bill (issued within the last 60 days),
  4. Correspondence from a Government department or agency (issued within the last 60 days), or
  5. Other reasonable documents (issued within the last 60 days or within the valid period), which will be reviewed carefully and are not guaranteed to be accepted.

Signed Document

Please fill the Mastercard application with necessary details, sign the application(an only physical signature is accepted and the digital signature is not accepted) and share the document

5.4.Mastercard – Password and PIN setup through App #

Goto https://www.globalcash.hk/v4/

Select ‘App Download’ tab

Install the mobile app

Click ‘Card Details Login’

Enter all the necessary information

Setup up the login PIN and ATM PIN

After setting up the PIN, go to login page and login.

Enter the OTP received in your mail

After login, you can check the card balance and transaction history!

5.5.Mastercard – Password and PIN setup through website #

Go to https://www.globalcash.hk/v4/

Select “Login”

Select “Card Login”

Enter the card information(card number  in the column ‘Account’)

Select “Login”

Setup ‘Password’ and ‘Mobile Number’ and click ‘Confirm’

5.6.Mastercard – Change PIN #

Go to https://www.globalcash.hk/v4/

Click the link (circled one)

Enter card number and code (displayed)

Click the circled link

Enter passport number, full name and code (displayed)

Enter new password (6 numbers) and SMS code received on the mobile

5.7.Top-up Physical card #

Login to your PayGlobal account, and click on the “Prepaid Card” feature under the “Prime Features” section of the User Wallet (Landing) page.

Prepaid Cards details will be displayed on the screen. Choose the card to which you want to load funds, and click on the “Load Funds” link.

Choose currency, enter the amount and then click on the “Load Funds” button.

Click on the “Confirm” button to confirm the load amount. 

A card load confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.

You can check the “Card Load History” section to view the status and details of all the previous card loads.

Once your card load is complete, the status will change to “Completed”.

5.8.Top-up Virtual card #

Login to your PayGlobal account, and click on the “Virtual Card” feature under the “Prime Features”

Virtual Card details will be displayed on the screen. Choose the card to which you want to load funds, and click on the “Load Funds” link.

Choose currency, enter the amount, and then click on the “Load Funds” button.

It will display the amount that will be debited from your wallet.

Click “Confirm” and the load request will be sent and you can see the remaining Top-up balance.

Once the top-up is completed, you will receive a confirmation mail. You can also see the ‘Available Balance’ on the dashboard under Virtual Card.

6.Unionpay Prepaid Card #

6.1.Order a UnionPay Card #

Note: Prepaid cards are only to individuals

Login to your PayGlobal account, and click on the “Prepaid Card” feature under the “Prime Features” section

On the Order Prepaid Cards page, choose your card type as “UnionPay”.

If you’ve already ordered a card, you will find the page as below. Click on the “Order Another Card” link.

The details are populated automatically from your profile. Then click on the ”Order” button.

Your card order is placed. And card order status and other information can be viewed on the subsequent page.

After your card order request, the card will be dispatched by the PayGlobal team. Your card order application will be submitted for due diligence with the issuer. Once your KYC is verified and approved, the card status will change to “Active”.

6.2.How to top-up the card? #

Login to your PayGlobal account, and click on the “Prepaid Card” feature under the “Prime Features” section of the User Wallet (Landing) page.

Prepaid Cards details will be displayed on the screen. Choose the card to which you want to load funds, and click on the “Load Funds” link.

Choose currency, enter the amount and then click on the “Load Funds” button.

Click on the “Confirm” button to confirm the load amount. 

A card load confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.

You can check the “Card Load History” section to view the status and details of all the previous card loads.

Once your card load is complete, the status will change to “Completed”.
